BSF CT TM Bharti Notification released for recruitment to the posts like Sweeper, Tailor, Painter, Cobbler, Water Carrier, Washer Man, Cook, Barber, Waiter, Mali, etc. All these BSF Tradesman Posts are temporary but likely to become permanent. - Matriculation/ 10th pass or its equivalent from a recognized University/ Board along with:-
- 02 (two) years work experience in respective trades; OR
- 01 (one) year certificate course from Industrial Training Institute/ Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the trade; OR
- 02 (two) years Diploma from Industrial Training Institute in the trade or similar trade.

BSF Constable Tradesman Pay Scale
About Salary & Allowances: Applicants selected for Tradesman posts will receive a Pay Scale of Rs. 21,700-69,100/- (Pay Matrix L-3) of 7th CPC (Revised Pay Structure) and other allowances as admissible to Central Govt. employees from time to time. In addition to the pay scale, Ration Allowance, Medical Assistance, Free Accommodation, Free Leave Pass, etc., are granted which are admissible to BSF employees.

BSF Tradesman 2022 Selection Process :
About Selection Method: Border Security Force will recruit the best candidates based on their performance & marks obtained from the following selection phases:-
- FIRST PHASE OF EXAMINATION
- Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Document Verification (DV)
- Trade Test (Qualifying Nature)
- SECOND PHASE OF EXAMINATION
- Written Examination (100 marks)
- THIRD PHASE OF EXAMINATION
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
- Review Medical Examination (RME)
As per the Border Security Force Recruitment rules, those who are willing to get selected for CT (Tradesman) jobs must pass all the selection rounds with good performance. The Physical Exams are to be held first & then another test to conduct on scheduled dates. Applicants who clear the PST, PET and Documentation will be called to attend Trade Test. All those who pass Trade Test will have to participate in a Written Test consist of 100 questions for 100 marks. The Medical Examination will be conducted after the release of a written test result. In the order of merit, contestants will be invited for Medical Test.

About Admit Card/ Call Letter: All such aspirants whose application forms found to be in order will be invited for Physical Test by providing Admit Card. The Department will start issuing Admit Card to all eligible applicants 15-16 prior exam date through online mode.
