West Bengal Municipal Service Commission (WBMSC) invites online application for 07 posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil), Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil), Surveyor, Draftsman, Work Assistant and Lower Division Clerk. The vacancies are under Birsingha Development Authority. 1. ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL)

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

Age Limit: 18 – 36 years as on 01/01/2021

 

2. SUB-ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL)

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Age Limit: 18 – 36 years as on 01/01/2021

 

3. SURVEYOR

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary or its equivalent with Certificate in Survey or Diplima in Survey or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Age Limit: 18 – 39 years as on 01/01/2021

 

4. DRAFTSMAN

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary or its equivalent with Diploma in Architecture or Civil Draftsmanship

Age Limit: 18 – 39 years as on 01/01/2021

 

5. WORK ASSISTANT

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)

Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or its equivalent with knowledge of Computer applications and ability of typing on computer @ 20 wpm in English.

Age Limit: 18 – 40 years as on 01/01/2021

 

6. LOWER DIVISION CLERK

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-1; SC-1)

Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or its equivalent with certificate course on computer application.

Age Limit: 18 – 40 years as on 01/01/2021

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs.220/- (Rs.20/- as processing fee for SC/ST and PH candidates). Fee can be paid through Bank only by means of Fee Payment Challan. How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of West Bengal Municipal Service Commission (WBMSC) — www.mscwb.org (See Application form’s link given below) on or before 10/02/2021

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO WEST BENGAL MUNICIPAL SERVICE COMMISSION (WBMSC) AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.

The application fee must be deposited to the Bank by 11/02/2021 and the final submission of application after fee payment must be completed by 12/02/2021.
